摘要:

生长分化因子15(GDF-15)是转化生长因子β超家族成员之一,其作为新的血清学标志物,已被逐渐应用于心血管疾病的诊断、治疗及预后评估。本文介绍了GDF-15在心室肥大、动脉粥样硬化、肺血管内皮细胞增殖中可能的作用机制,简述了其在心力衰竭、冠心病、心房颤动等疾病的诊断、预后评估等方面的临床应用,提出GDF-15与N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)在心血管疾病中的作用可能通过不同的作用机制,未来GDF-15很可能成为评估心血管疾病的重要血清学标志物。

Abstract:

【Abstract】 Growth differentiation factor 15 (GDF-15) is a member of transforming growth factor beta (TGF-β)superfamily. As a novel serum biomarker, GDF-15 is gradually applied in diagnosis, treatment and prognosis evaluation of differentcardiovascular diseases. This review introduced possible mechanisms of GDF-15 in ventricular hypertrophy, atherosclerosisand proliferation of pulmonary vascular endothelial cells, and generalized its clinical application in diagnosis and prognosisevaluation of heart failure, coronary heart disease and atrial fibrillation. We concluded that the role of GDF-15 and NT-proBNP incardiovascular disease may be through different mechanisms and is possible to become an important serum biomarker in evaluationof cardiovascular diseases.
